I received two messages like this, one with "v. 1.2" and one with "v. 29".

I changed the numbering scheme from X.X to just a single number.
So the X.X record can go altogether.

The FAQ hasn't been posted for awhile because I feared it was growing
stale and I haven't had time to update it.  Its status is not dead (yet).

Hopefully I can get around to fixing it and reposting it this month.
