The FAQ was actually not generated or maintained by us.  A former employee 
of ours, Chris Halverson, put that FAQ together after he left our employ and 
posted it for quite awhile.  I don't have any problem with re-posting it 
periodically and will do so, if you wish.  Could you please point me to the 
original document in your archives so I can download it and check it over? 
We may want to put something in there about the level of support we're 
providing.  It's a somewhat lower priority than it used to be, though we do 
still provide support to users who wish to continue using the product.  
Also, please let me know where the FAQ should be posted.  I'm afraid I don't 
know where all Chris would have posted it when he was doing that.
