I guess it would be best to delete your records of it.  I have since
split that FAQ into four parts and don't post them.

However, while I have you on the line, two of my other FAQ memos that I
post monthly have generated requests that they be made available via
rtfm.mit.edu.  One is called dhcp.faq and other is called
lan-technology.
