I'm quite sorry about this.  I'd like to blame it on being snowbound, my
exile without a computer, etc.  However, it's probably human error.

I didn't think a reply was necessary.  I made the changes per your
request and posted it this month with the correct header.

I also went back and re-read the guidelines and have since submitted
correctly my latest Visual FAQ.

I apologize again.  I appreciate your help and understanding.
