Please allow me to complete the course "6.199", originally registered for in
Spring '96.  The interim time has been spent working, and completing another
Incomplete class.  In the past several months I have been working diligently
on my 6.199 project, and anticipate being done in time to receive a degree
in February.  I am currently a non-registered candidate for the S.B. degree
in February '98.
