Subject: scheduling in the Visitors Center
Date: Mon, 12 Mar 90 15:14:38 EST

Requests for visits to Athena are on the increase (still). If you get
any requests for visits, "tours," presentations, use of the Visitors
Center, please point them to me (or the new Information Officer, when
we have one) at x3-0194.

If you need to look over the upcoming schedule for the Visitors Center, just

attach vcenter [PLEASE NOTE THIS CHANGE - no longer democenter]
cd /mit/vcenter
more schedule

Presentations are generally arranged well in advance, often tailored to
the needs of the visitors, and are not generally "open." For staff
members interested in sitting in on demonstrations or joining
presentations given in the Visitors Center, there are frequent
opportunities to do this. But as a courtesy to the presenter or the one
who has made the arrangements, please CHECK with me first. Thanks.
