The no-code technician class license test consists of the 30 question
novice exam and the 25 question technician exam.
The way the exam works is that there is a pool of questions that is divided
into sections.  A small number of questions is chosen to be given from
each section (this is the number in parenthesis in the text files).

For this license you gain the following priviledges:

6 meter		All modes
2 meter     	   "
1.25 meter	   "
70 cm	           "
35 cm		   "
23 cm		   "

All modes means sideband voice, radio control, FM/FM repeater, digital
computer, remote bases, autopatches, Cw, television, packet, and satellite.
You have an output limitation of 1500 watts PEP.

You also have priviledges in several bands above 2.3 GHz, including the
popular 10 GHz band.
