You should chose to switch, all the time.

The simplest way to explain it is, upon initial selection, the
probability that the solution is in the selected box is 1/3.
Therefore, when I am given two options, the probability of finding it
must total 1.  Therefore the probability of success on keeping is 1/3
and the probability of success upon switching is 2/3.
