Type:   Enter Fenway-House Gray, Matthew

CALLS: MONITOR
Only Fraternities and ILGs can do this.  Dorms/CC/Language houses can't.
Fenway-House wants to put a monitor on Matthew Gray,
so
Type:   Monitor Fenway-House Gray, Matthew

CALLS: SHOW
Only Fraternities, ILGs, CC and lanugage houses can do this.  Dorms can't.
Fenway-House wants to know where Greg Hudson is now
so
Type:	Show Hudson, Greg

CALLS: OVERNIGHT
If a frat, say Fenway says that Greg Hudson is staying overnight,
Type:	Overnight Fenway-House Hudson, Greg

CALLS: CHANGEPASSWORD
If a frat, say Fenway, is required to change their password, ask them 
their new password and
Type: ChangePassword Fenway-House
Then type in their new password.
