• Phi Kappa Theta is now accepting boarders to live in its historic 19th century brownstone for the summer of 2011, with rooms available from Sunday, May 22 through Friday, August 19.
• We are located on Commonwealth Avenue in the Back Bay, one of Boston's most beautiful neighborhoods.
• Newbury Street, Copley Square and T-Station, the Prudential Center and the Boston Commons are all just a few blocks away.
• Ameneties include: Open Kitchen, Parking Lot, Roof Deck, Complete Wi-Fi Coverage, High Efficiency Washers/Dryers, Widescreen HDTV, and Pool Table.
