As they say in realty, "location, location, location." Well we're in the middle of one of the best parts of Boston. Our roof deck overlooks the tree-lined Commonwealth Avenue Mall, which is excellent for tossing around a football or frisbee. A block away is Newbury Street, famous for its restaurants, boutiques, and stores. CVS pharmacy is just a block away and Star market is just two blocks away. Also within easy walking distance are Fenway Park, the Prudential and Copley malls, Boston common, the Boston Public Library, Tower Records, and countless clubs, museums and theatres. And with the Copley T station just two blocks away, all of Boston can be reached in minutes. Oh yeah, and MIT is a five minute bike ride away.
