Phi Kappa Theta seeks:

• to uphold the four ideals:  Fraternal, Intellectual, Social, and Spiritual.
• to help its members accept each other's uniqueness.
• to show the value of discipline.
• to develop loyalty amongst others and to the organization.
• to develop both individualism and group unity.
• to develop a fair share of group obligation by assuming individual responsibility.
• to develop an understanding of leadership dynamics.
• to provide its members varied personal experiences including learning to live cooperatively, respecting the opinion and rights of everyone.
