PKT's INTRAMURAL PEARL

"We ran 26.2 miles and all we got was this stupid aluminum
foil."

Dave Yang pulls in another sensational catch. |
Whoever you are, and whatever you're interested in, there's an intramural
league for it at MIT. And chances are, we've got a team of guys just
waiting for that season to start. PKT throws its hat into the ring in
countless IM sports, leading to much success. With championships in
basketball, football, bowling, and tennis we have great pride in our teams.
Everyone at the house finds some team that they want to play on, from ice
hockey to ping-pong, pool to ultimate. IM sports are the chance to put your
skills to the test, without the commitment that comes along with a varsity
sport; no pressure, just fun.
Also, many of our brothers participate in athletics outside of MIT. This
past year Ben coached a high school volleyball team in a school just
outside Boston. Following what is now a tradition, brothers often participate
in the Boston Marathon. Through these accomplishments,
brothers further promote the adage of a sound mind and a sound body.
