    Concerned about earthquakes, Bay Area native Kipp chains his dresser and his loft to the ceiling.
    If you live at PKT for a few years, there is one thing that you will certainly learn, how to take care of your house. We take great pride in our house, and we see to it that it stays in good condition. Many incredible improvements have been made to the house over the years. In this past year alone we remodeled our main staircase, performed major renovations to our living room ceiling, beautified our fourth floor bathroom with a new mural, and converted the basement bathroom into a weight room.

    Alex Wong’s hobbies include fixing things around the house and being an axe murderer.
    We also take care of everything from installing new toilets and bathroom tile to replacing baseboards to fixing door-handles. Chances are, if there's a problem with something, there's a Phi-Kap up for the job. Most people who have been here for a while have learned the two most valuable pieces of home maintenance: 1. If you want it to move, use WD-40; and 2. If you don't want it to move, use duct tape.

    The space heater: your best friend when you‘re cold and too lazy to just walk over and adjust the thermostat. Some dedicated bros hard at work in their bid to paint the world’s most colorful bathroom mural. Did they succeed? Come over and find out...
