Hi there---

I'm still out of town; in Seattle now instead of London.

As you probably noticed, Nathan didn't get our room request into
the schedules office in a very timely manner. If we haven't
gotten mail from the schedules people by about noon tomorrow, I'd
like to ask you to ask Nathan to go with you to the schedules
office and introduce you as the person to talk to about all this,
then you should work with them to get rooms. If Nathan isn't
available, you should just go yourself with a printout of his mail
and introduce yourself to them. His mail is message 61 in the iap
folder (i.e. show +/afs/sipb.mit.edu/project/iap/org.2001/mail 61
to view it).

You can find out more about what classrooms are available and what
facilities they have at http://reggie10.mit.edu/schedule/sche.html
Most of our instructors want a workstation and a video projector.
The only one who really doesn't care is belmonte for the C class.
A couple of them (see the mail about rooms) want interactive classrooms.
If interactive classrooms are available but not during the times in
the mail, ask the schedules people to hold them for you for 24 hours
and get in touch with me.

I'm hoping we can get a bit of an extension, even unofficial, on
submitting out info to the IAP Guide (as per the mail I sent to
Donna this morning). We'll see.

Hope all is going well with your life.  I had a great time in London;
there are things about it I'm sure you'd love.

Take care,

---Alex
