Adding or Removing Local Users

• Fits badly with Athena model; not really supported.
• To avoid conflicts, run usercfg as root under X, selecting a UID between 21 and 98 not listed in /etc/passwd, a GID between 51 and 98 not listed in /etc/group, and a username not used on Athena.
• To allow local users to receive mail on your machine, add their usernames to /etc/localusers, set SENDMAIL to true in /etc/athena/rc.conf, and reboot.
