Capacitance calculation

To determine the capacitance between any two nodes in the system, a different arbitrary potential is assigned to each of the two nodes (#tex2html_wrap_inline1292# and #tex2html_wrap_inline1294#). Equation #eqnsor#137> is then applied until the changes become small.
