Your contact in Eigenvale is a man named Brador.  Ostensibly, Brador
owns the Inn called the Dripping Dagger, a tavern, inn, festhall, and
escort service.  Brador is the local Intelligence chief, and will fall
under your supervision.  The intel headquarters are located under the
inn, and Brador can tell you how to get to them.  He has also hidden a
small cache of weapons in his attic for you.

Brador can, and will, set up meetings at the Dagger between you and
Cezanes.  Consider Cezanes to be under your control.  He's actually a
good man, and gets along well most of our operatives.  In any case,
Cezanes will want to meet with you simply to reassert his position, so
don't keep him waiting to long. Howver, try to keep from being seen
with Cezanes.  Not all his thieves know he's working for us, and we'd
like to keep it that way

Up until now, Eigenvale has been a sort of neutral location, where
participants in various wars throughout the west have met to conduct
arms dealings and trade information.  Part of the reason that we are
sending such a toned down force to the area is to keep this activity
happening.  A portion of your responsibility will be to cull this
information, (Brador's agents and Cezanes' thieves will help).  We
expect that agents from all of the major empires will be posted here,
as it is a sort of gateway city, and we also expect that Skullport
agents will attmept to infiltrate the city.  Attempt to weed out any
Skullport and Black hand operatives in the city, and eliminate them,
after getting any useful information out of them.

Keep your eye out on activities in the Magan as well.  We expect that
quite a few arms dealers are running operations from/through
Eigenvale.  Some of them might be wanted in Delic.  If our
intelligence locates any, we will pass the information on to you,
along with any special instructions.
