checking into fey wine: both of Daelen's contacts dead-end.  moving
towards the next, we run into Mooneye, one of Alrak's advisors, near
the Barge Inn.  Riot is breaking out.  We semi-stop.

Eventually we track down lead to Dexter's place (name?), and we find
out he's set up periodic drops of fey wine at the Nymph and Satyr.  I
examine bottle for scrying.  We stake out next drop, eventually trail
back to Ambassadorial Suite for Alyssia(sp?).  Befriend guard, tells
us that the fey wine is for Keik(sp?).  We prepare and invade.
