Directions to MIT 5-233
aka "The Jongleurs Room"
General conceptual directions:
It's at MIT, off of Lobby 7, heading south, on the second floor.
General actual directions:
Get yourself to the main doors at MIT, at 77 Massachusetts Ave.,
Cambridge, MA, USA, Earth, Sol Planetary System. This is the big
federalist, neo-classical entrance (columns, steps, dome, and the
words "Massachvsetts Institvte of Technology" across it). Enter. You
are now in Lobby 7.
Via stairs: Turn right to corridor. Walk down corridor to stairwell
on your right. Go up one floor. Turn right (continue in the
direction you were heading),and proceed a short way; 5-233 is on your
right.
Via elevator: as with stairs, except at the stairwell, do not
enter but continue on to the next stairwell, in a small lobby. Don't
take these stairs either, but turn left and proceed down corridor
until it turns left. Cast about, and you will find to your left a
small elevator tucked away. Take it to the second floor. Upon
exiting, head down the corridor to your right. At the
stairwell/lobby, tur right, and we're almost immediately there on
your left.
Alternative directions from the hidden parking lot:
Stand in the parking lot with your back to the flashing red light.
Via stairs In the far right corner, by the bike racks, is a
door; go through it and turn left. You'll immediately come upon some
stairs to the right; take these to the second floor (two flights --
you're in the basement). Turn left on the second floor, and we're
almost immediately to your left.
Via elevator: In the far left corner is a door. Take it, and
you will find a small elevator a short way on your left. Take it to
the second floor. Upon
exiting, head down the corridor to your right. At the
stairwell/lobby, tur right, and we're almost immediately there on
your left.
