Hmmm...I am a gutsy person, but even I wouldn't run an event without
insurance.  I mean, I know none of my friends would (hopefully) sue
me, even if something bad happened to them, but even if someone leaves
the water running in the bathroom and there is water damage, or a
candle burns a table, or some equally innocuous, accidental damage to
the site, that kind of thing is expensive, and the Site owners would
certainly be within their rights to expect me to pay it, if there were
no insurance.

Not that we couldn't run private events, but perhaps a better way
would be for the Barony to get insurance to cover autocrats or some
such...
