In this short book he expounded the idea that prowess will only cause a knight to rise in the world if that prowess is lifted by the two wings of largesse and courtesy. He goes on at greater length to describe each wing as being composed of seven feathers representing some facet of largesse or courtesy. That is lovely. Can you give us some more information about that book? I think I'd like to read it.
