Lady Tibicen Blackman "dagoura@mit.edu" wrote you and proposed creating an EK
Domesday book that could be used "however it may" to keep in touch with all
paid and non-paying members.  This would also ensure that if the BoD ever
decided to stop sending out mailing labels for Kingdom use that we have a
backup.

I can and will do the database administration here at DEC.  This is an easy
project (so long as I keep the goals simple for V1.0) and I think "fun".  DEC
is very secure and I can keep it here so long as we don't use it for any
"business related" (IE: sell the list for $$$) issues.  

You may want to review her note (sent to you in EMAIL).  I am not sure if this
project should be "officially" recognized or if its better to be done
unofficially.

If you think this is a bad idea... then let us know.
