Noble Cousins!

If I had an industrial job and was living in the EK, then I would have
dropped $500.00 in the pot at Birka .. does this indicate popular
support?  No it does not!  It just indicates the kind of money that
I can make in industry.  (Or at least used to be able to make.)
Non-monetary contributions are much more important (see Duke Cariadoc's
arguments on this subject) in our society than monetary ones are.
