I missed something here...the context.  Did I just zone out through a 
paragraph of Lady Tibicen's original posting, or what?  This obviously 
seems to be a different Magna Carta than I saw at the National Archives, 
and I have no idea what House Runnymeade has to do with it.  In fact, I 
have no idea who they are at all.
