We are looking for a housemate

for:   2 rooms in a 1 family house
	shared livingroom, kitchen, dinigroom
       basement storage
       washer in basement (soon to be washer/dryer)
       2 full baths
       private off street parking lot
       3 miles to Boston
       T- Bus stop diagonally across the street
       (We have 3 cats)

RENT:  $350 per month plus utilities
