Yeah.  Sigh.  Some polititian figured he could make himself look really 
good and tough on crime by sponsoring this bill.  After all, how many 
people in his district own crossbows, clearly most of his constituants 
will like the idea.

This is the dangerous kind of bill that will be hard for politicians to 
justify voting against unless they get lots of letters telling them why 
the bill is a bad idea.
