  If people want to do this, I can set it up on world.std.com in about
  10 minutes.

Speaking purely selfishly, the last thing I want is another mailing list on
the Board debate, which will be flooded with duplicates of messages from
other lists.  As it is, every time something of significance comes out, I
get 4 to 5 copies.
