I specifically said NON-FEALTY.  You quoted my original message in
your reply:

I certainly haven't seen YOU offer to take on a brand-new-hasn't-made-
garb-yet-freshman as a personal student in either heraldry and
cooking.  So if "this sort of thing" is going on all the time, just
who's doing it?  

Tibor, perhaps I was not clear in what I wrote, which describes
something of significantly different character and terms than either
the extremely informal "if you have a question, ask me" or the "heavy"
tradition of equerry/demoiselle; it addresses concerns regarding new
people for which fealty is inappropriate and the current informal
situation is apparently inadequate.  I would suggest you re-read it,
and if you have specific questions then, do drop me a line.
