Greetings and salutations!

My apologies for abuse of the mailing list, but I just got my ARTS Mail catalog
and would like to post the following events which are of interest to members of the
group. The tickets are discounted, and over the last four years, I have had the chance to
see some really great plays, musicals and concerts for limited funds. Several Mitgaard
members have come with me over the years with good reviews. If you are interested in
attending any of these events, please let me know by the suspense date. IUll have to limit
participation to the first nine to respond as not to abuse the system.

Look forward to hearing from you!

	In service,

Otto of Stonekeep (MKA Rich Staats)

Emerson Stage
The Studio Theatre
69 Brimmer Street, Boston

Winner of the Tony Award and the New York Critics A~ard,
Peter Weiss' The Persecution and Assa.~sination of Jean-
Paul Marat as Performed by the Inmates of the Asylum of
Charenton Under the Direction of The Marquis de Sade is
one of the most powerful and exciting plays of the century.
Critics have used the expression "total theatre" to describe
this unique piece, based on the histoncal fact that the
Marquis de Sade, when an inmate of the insane asylum of
Charenton, staged plays that were performed by the inmates.

With its biting humor and powerful imagery, Marat/Sade is
as relevant to current events around the world as it was when
Weiss wrote it. Marat/Sade will be directed by Maureen
Shea, and performed by the students of Emerson College's
Division of Performing Arts.
