Subject: From TRM Gregory & Christence, Pennsic is not moving

[The following was sent to me to distribute to on-line forums from HRM
Sir Gregor von Heisler (Scott Heist), King of the East. Please forward
this note to all the channels of communication available to the Eastern
people. Bring paper copies to your friends without network access. Local
officers, please get copies of this note to your people. Permission is
granted to reproduce this text in its complete form on any medium.
Don Danulf Donaldson, King's Champion of Fence]

To the people of the East (and any one else who cares) does his Royal
Majesty Gregor von Heisler send greetings.

Many of you have heard the statement made by her Highness Garlanda
of the Middle last Saturday concerning Pennsic. It has caused much
unnecessary concern throughout the world. I have spoken to her Highness
about this issue and am pleased to report that she has no wish to move
Pennsic, and the dispute she was referring to was concerning Pennsic
administrative issues, not Pennsic negotiations. The Middle will continue
to investigate other possibilities, just as the East has done in the past,
just to make sure we are all getting the best deal possible. The issues
under dispute were proposals from individuals and had not originated from
the Royalty of the East. At the conclusion of our conversation, we were
both satisfied that the Middle and the East would continue to work together
in good faith to produce an event enjoyable for everyone.

In service to the East,

Gregor
