An additional note about the replies to the Royalty: I believe that
these would be accepted by Lady Eowyn for postage by the Barony.
Remember that Kobayashi decided that the Barony would supply postage
for letters to the Crown or the Board on the recent decisions. I think
that these replies to the Crown's inquiry legitimately fall into this
category. Eowyn will probably be at dance practice and will definitely
be at the Council meeting next week. And remember that the deadline
for giving letters to Eowyn for Baronial postage is next Monday during
    the Council meeting.
I will be going to dance practice after the borough meeting, so I could
take them to Eowyn if people want the Barony to supply postage.
Remember the rules posted previously about this; the letters have to be
addressed, with return address, and should be sealed.

The deadline for getting letters to Eowyn is the _April_ meeting of
Council, which is still a month away. However, I encourage you to get
your letters done as soon as possible.
    --Teleri

Teleri is right that my deadline is the end of the April Council meeting,
not the March meeting; she is also correct that the sooner people write,
the better (among other reasons, the deadline of Their Collective
Majesties' Ultimatum to the BoD expires before the April meeting). Steffan
is right that my writ includes postage for mailing the various surveys and
petitions which Their Majesties of the East have asked their subjects to
complete. Teleri (in her previous message, not included here) reasonably
suggested that these surveys and petitions could be batched. Therefore,
after consultation with Kobayashi, I hereby announce that, along with the
personal letters to the BoD etc., I will also accept for return these
surveys and petitions -- and for these, I will supply the envelope and
addressing (that way I get to batch them as seems most practical).
Conditions as to how to get such material to me still apply. It is
-possible- that I may have the chance to attend the MITGaard meeting
tomorrow, but if not, I will definitely at least swing by dance practice.

Eowyn, Deputy Seneschal
