ok, we heard back from finboard on the budget... (drum roll)

we got $400 - $170 MUST be spent on capital, the rest is a lump sum.  
amazingly enough, they saw fit to give us everything we asked for as far
as capital is concerned.  so now we have plenty of money to buy stuff like
loaner garb, feast gear, calligraphy supplies...

Be thinking of nifty ideas of where we can go with this money!  :)
