The Board has rented (not sold) the mailing list to a credit card company
as a one-time deal. The mailing list will, according to unconfirmed
report, be passed to a third party which will also be given the material
from the credit card company to be mailed. It will handle the mailing and
then destroy its records of the mailing list. I do not know how carefully
the corporation has guarded against this third party copying the mailing
list.
