  years, and has reams of documentation that it has made few insurance
  claims in that time.

Ah, but is that true?  Only the Board knows for sure, and they aren't
telling.  For example, is the suit against the former treasurer affecting
the price of our E & O insurance?  I suspect it would, but have no figures
to prove it.
