"Si chant veur boire!" -- completely misspelt (sorry). It's from the
_Roman de Fauvel_ (yup, medieval French).

6/4:  do(2)    re  me(3)   | re(3)   do(3)  :||
      SEE SHAN VAIR BWAIR REH! (I remember how it's said...)

The version I learned is in three parts. The bass part just keeps
singing over and over the five syllables above. The two other parts
go into more lyrical detail.

Maybe there is a publication (surely a recording!) of the _Roman de
Fauval_ with this version of the song. Note that there are multiple
manuscripts of _Roman de Fauvel_, and the music sometimes varies
between them.

If you really get stuck, I can try to go track the piece down... but
that would be quite an archeology project (balefully eyes heaps of
sheetmusic around home) since I have not looked at it since, um, a
Long Time Ago.
