With apologies, upon re-checking it appears that my research paper 
on history of the Bard and related matters is NOT curently 
reachable via Locksley's Black Book.

I will advise when the next revision is completed and
provide a web-accessible source at that time.

(KIHEBARD.ZIP still shows in Ioseph's index, but Tripod
sez the file ain't there.  I'll talk to Ioseph next chance I get...
this is a collection of poems, songs, essays, and humor
that is also out-of-date currently -- I've got to resurrect a 
dead computer, hopefully this weekend...)
