We will be having our usual meeting tomorrow night. There are no local events
coming up in the immediate future (ie, in February), so we'll probably talk
about the BoD decision some more. We also need to talk about calligraphy and
illumination again - Anton would like to come work with us every other Thursday,
but he could make it on Tuesdays instead if that would be better. If you have
preferences and would like to get involved with this, let me know. No
experience necessary!

There will be meetings to further discuss the BoD decision both this Wednesday
(when people will get together in small groups to discuss possible plans for
responding to the Board's decision) and on Thursday the 24th, when everyone will
get together in a larger group to discuss each group's ideas. If you want more
information about either meeting, contact me or Alex (write to this account,
kiev@athena or sca@athena)

I would encourage all of you who care about this issue to write to the Board.
All you have to do is tell them how this policy of requiring membership to
attend events will affect how you deal with the Society. This will take you
only a few minutes. I can get you the address to send letters to, and the
Barony will provide the postage for you! Talk to me.
