Subject: RE: What the Board could and couldn't do

Just wanted to mention in passing that the board is behaving like anyone who
discovers that several thousand people want to ruin their day, all at the
same time--which is to say, they are in something of a dither. Three have
panicked and resigned; the rest are obviously open to anything that will get
the 'supportership' off their backs. They have been subjected to a form of
stress that will break most people. There actions are not going to be
deliberate and well thought out until the stress is off of them for a while.
