Subject: Surprise Birthday Party!
Date: Fri, 14 Jan 1994 11:54:10 -0500
From: Michael Bergman <augment@world.std.com>

Well, I knew my birthday was coming up, but wasn't expecting it so
soon...the older you get, the more they sneak up on you.

Announcing: The Fifth Annual 30th Birthday Party and Turkey Shoot

Rules: I supply a turkey (roasted!). Everything else is pot-luck.
Guests welcome at 6:00; before that they'll be put to work...crash
space available for those who need it.

When: My birthday's January 20th, and there's this small Science
Fiction Convention going on that weekend, so...it'll be on my
birthday! Thursday, that is. Luckily, the Fencing meeting's already
been cancelled...It is also the birthday of Charles Merriam, whom some
of you know.

Dress: Formal, and black...if you have it! Don't let sartorial
concerns keep you away...we'll have enough trouble filling the house
on a weeknight anyway!

Directions: Emilia has just sent out directions, for the lick & stamp
party, which is also at my house, so I won't send out another set
unless requested.

Hope to see you there!
