  I realize the comment was intended as tongue in cheek, but when Carolingia
  does things like scheduling a tourney and play (Feast for St George) on
  top of relatively close events (East Kingdom University in Malagentia)
  thus assuring a lowered turn-out for the northerly event, it is quite
  easy to see where the attitude (that Carolingia oppresses the North)
  comes from.
