The quality of the venison was quite good.  The meat was fresh and
tender, and my impression was that it had not been marinated to
tenderize it.  My only complaint is that, as this was farm-raised
venison and not game meat, was that the flavor was very mild.  Of
course, this may be a plus where a lot of people are concerned...
