I have hired an attorney who has written an opinion letter which facilitates
groups protecting their assets from the SCA, Inc. by separately
incorporating. I would like to see this letter known, and made available, to
every potentially interested person, especially seneschals and exchequers.

In the interests of less bandwidth, I have chosen to post it to sca-reform
and Rialto, and simply place a pointer to it here.  If you want a copy,
please ask.
