Better to ask, what are the odds of anyone other than Nova Scotians visiting
Newfoundland.  (Answer: Low)  For those that are not from the Meritimes, what
are the odds that they are from Carolingia (Answer: High).  

At EKU, except for the King, all the "visitors" where from Carolingia.  Given
Carolingia's reputation for travelling, I found this to be amusing.  Given the
Principality issues: my opinion is if there is a "Northern" Principality, we
should be included.
