True. But we don't always use that space. And the reason I get down there
so often is mostly because I have lots of friends down there -- there are
many trips when I don't even *see* my family (even if I use Dad's house
for crash space)...

I can't speak for the fencers, but I would say that Carolingians in
general now travel at least a reasonable amount. When I go to a random
event out-Barony, there is a good chance I'll run into other Carolingians.
When I go to a Kingdom event, I almost invariably run into a *lot* of
Carolingians. The situation seems okay now (which isn't to say that it
might not be better if we travelled more than we currently do -- there
is still a distinct subset of the Barony that doesn't get out much)...
