Subject: BoD discussion group meetings

Greetings--
 
The discussion group coordinators that I've been able to contact are 
somewhat concerned about people getting out in this weather.  Therefore,
while we are not cancelling tonight's meetings -- the cancellation would 
come too late & some people would show up anyway -- we are making them, 
as it were, optional.  We will schedule another set of group meetings 
for sometime between now and the general meeting scheduled for Feb. 24, 
so anyone who can't make it tonight can come then.
