        Seeking Part-time Customer Support Staff

Software Tool & Die is seeking several part time employees to join our
customer support department.  This group provides the front line
response to customers on The World, a public access Internet site.
Candidates must have excellent written and oral communications skills.

The main responsibilities of the group are providing answers to
customer questions by phone and by email, activating new customer
accounts, providing documentation on services, and participating in
USENET newsgroups.  Candidates must have a working knowledge of UNIX
and should have some prior experience with the Internet and its
services.

Additional specialized skills may include one or more of the
following: ability to configure and use modems and modem
communications software, have established or participated in the
administration of a BBS, proficiency in a foreign language, capable of
unix shell script programming, knowledge of DOS or Macintosh personal
computers, experience with library index systems.  If you have any
unique skills to contribute to our environment, be sure to make note
of these in your cover letter.

Positions will range from 15 to 25 hours per week including weekends
and evenings with wages beginning at $8.00/hr.
