Subject: News from Alexys

	Dear folks:

You may or may not remember Alexys the Harper. Well,
I bumped into her recently. She's been inactive because of her
diabetes, but she now has something of general interest to
	SCAdian folks.

		She recently purchased a multi-volume (~900 pages)
set called _The Medieval Stage_ by E. K. Chambers. It not
only has stuff about mummings, but minstrels, fools (both
guild and court), sacred plays, secular plays, etc. etc.
It has both copies of original manuscripts and their translations,
	plus notes and bibliographies galore.

If you want to look through the books, give her a call.
Her number is in the Liber.

	In service,
	Christian von Jaueregk, Known Footstool
