Greetings to the citizens of Carolingia -
Dare I prolong this thread?  A few days ago somebody suggested that
Baseball Bats should be restricted, as they were more often used for
murder than Crossbows.  Scarcely sooner than written, on Wednesday
a man in Rockland was assaulted by four youths aged 16 & 17, one of
them spooked as the wielded baseball bat "shattered the skull".

Beware!  The legisture is in session!
