Minimalist Mail MUNDANE: Roomate needed.
Greetings unto all from Gareth of Stonemarche, and appologies for
borrowing your fine mailing list for mundane affairs.

Don't let the "of Stonemarche" fool you. My mundane job is in the
south shore town of Norwood MA (home of the Automile)
and that's too far a commute from NH. I have an apartment in Norwood and I'm
looking for a SCAdian roommate: a nonsmoker without pets, but who loves cats
(we have two).I'm a moderately messy INFx male and the other person is a
non-SCAdian moderately neat male; we seek a male or female with a gentle,
easy-going deameanor and a good sense of humor.

Some of the features of my (our?) domicile:
-Close (walking distance) to a commuter rail station and a MBTA bus line.
-Rent now is $1100 split three ways; it may be slightly more when
we renew the one year lease. Gas (heat), phone, cable, and electricity bills.
-Two floors of a three story house
-Offstreet parking.
-The neighborhood is fairly nice. The appartment is an easy walk to a
supermarket.
-I have *many* books, and I don't mind if you read them.
-You may also use my Amiga and my Mac when I'm not using them. The amiga
has a modem with it's own phone line, so you can access your online
account without annoying anyone (if you want to split the cost of the
phoneline).
-We got furniture, so you just need a bed
-On the other hand, if you've got a couch, etc., we've got a place for it.
-Kitchen, three bedrooms, dining room, library/computer room/office, den
-Two full bathrooms!
-Cable TV, including the Comedy Channel and SF Network.
-The two indoor cats are an endless source of entertainment!
-A nice backyard with space to garden.
-Gamer-friendly dining room table for no extra charge.
-We can share meals or not to your preference; I'm a fair to middlin' cook.
-And best of all, you don't have to explain your weird hobbies to anyone!!!

The apartment is officially available in May, but we may be able to negotiate
a much earlier arrival time (our current roommate effectively lives at
his fiance's and would love to get out the lease).

at 762-6361.
